As an Integrative Nutrition and Health Counselor, Wendy helps clients realize the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. Through her own journey with an autonomic and autoimmune disorder, she was compelled to search for alternative practices to support her health and recovery. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 and is well versed in a variety of dietary theories and comprehensive wellness solutions. Wendy practices what she teaches every day! She enjoys life to the fullest with her husband and two young boys.

Wendy is passionate about what she does. She coaches clients around making gradual changes customized to their individual needs, enabling them to realize dramatic shifts in their long term health. She has done several nutrition speaking engagements, and is often a frequent guest lecturer for The LiveStrong Foundation. Additionally, Wendy teaches her clients how food can help heal acute and chronic conditions. 

    Most approaches to nutrition tend to focus on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, Wendy coaches her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
