The Challenge: Hold a plank for 2 minutes!

The Benefit: Holding a plank is a very challenging move that tests your physical AND mental ability. Most people can hold a plank for 2 minutes, but about halfway through you will doubt that. Make a commitment to yourself that you’re going to hold it for 2 minutes, and don’t give in until you do it. Note that yes, if you feel some kind of major danger in harming your body, please stop shy of 2 minutes. But if you are simply feeling “the challenge,” stick with it! It’s a really remarkable feeling to say “I did THAT!”
