1 minute and 45 seconds in the microwave
1/ 4 cup all gluten free flour (I like Pamela's)
2 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa or cacao powder
1/ 4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons raw honey
1/8 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons almond milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a medium bowl or mug, whisk together all dry ingredients. Whisk in the milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined and batter is smooth.
Pour batter in a 14-ounce mug.
Place a paper towel over mug and microwave on high for 1 min and 45 seconds (some microwaves vary).
