HOT OFF THE PRESS!!

As an Integrative Nutritionist and passionate patient advocate for POTS, dysautonomia and people suffering from chronic illness, I've authored my first cookbook with easy-to-prepare and healthful recipes to help people better manage their health. What you eat is the cornerstone to being the very best version of yourself, no matter what afflictions you are coping with. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Dysautonomia International POTS Research Fund. Much love, Wendy

As an Integrative Nutrition and Health Counselor, Wendy helps clients realize the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. Through her own journey with an autonomic and autoimmune disorder, she was compelled to search for alternative practices to support her health and recovery. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012 and is well versed in a variety of dietary theories and comprehensive wellness solutions. Wendy practices what she teaches every day! She enjoys life to the fullest with her husband and two young boys.

Wendy is passionate about what she does. She coaches clients around making gradual changes customized to their individual needs, enabling them to realize dramatic shifts in their long term health. She is well educated in a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions. Clients report that she is “compassionate,” “incredibly knowledgeable,” and “effective.”

How can a personal health program benefit you?  It can:

  • Transform your eating habits and optimize food choices

  • Increase your energy and stamina

  • Learn strategies and tools for stress reduction

  • Gain deeper self knowledge and awareness

  • Minimize your risk of developing chronic illnesses

  • Promote general well being

How do you get started? It’s easy!!
Wendy will meet with you in person or virtually to:
  • Explore your specific needs and develop a comprehensive wellness program
  • Understand your priorities and outline a plan that maximizes your goals, whether it is about recovering from an acute medical condition, provide support and guidance for a chronic condition, pre and post operative care, reducing food cravings, embarking on an exercise regime, or incorporating stress reduction techniques
  • Coach you around developing your own tools and self reliance

    Have a specific need?
Wendy has experience working with clients with autonomic and autoimmune disorders, high blood pressure/cholesterol, diabetes, hashimoto's thyroiditis, obesity, cancer, and postpartum depression -- among others. She has done several nutrition speaking engagements, and is often a frequent guest lecturer for The LiveStrong Foundation. Additionally, Wendy teaches her clients how food can help heal acute and chronic conditions.

Most approaches to nutrition tend to focus on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, Wendy coaches her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

How does a typical program work?
    There is no “typical.”
